Trevor Bauer's Former Triple-A Club Is Doing A Trevor Bauer Drone Bobblehead Night

ALCS - Cleveland Indians v Toronto Blue Jays - Game Three

Bauer

It’s the second most wonderful time of the year. The first being October, obviously — MLB postseason time. But the second most wonderful time of the year is minor league promotion season, and we’re right in the thick of it. Gone are the years when teams would just hand out a bobblehead of your favorite player in their customary batting stance. Now, if you want to get some buzz on the internet to increase the likelihood of ticket sales, you’ve gotta get creative, and the Reno Aces have done that with their Trevor Bauer drone bobblehead.

I don’t just want one, I need one. I was on the Trevor Bauer drone bandwagon before it went mainstream during the postseason last year. It was about this time last year that Bauer was live tweeting his displeasure with the person who called the cops on him for flying his drone “peacefully in the park”, and wished them a “short and miserable life.” I’ve said this a million times, but it honestly might be my favorite Barstool blog that I’ve ever written, and I owe that all to Bauer and his lack of sanity.

So, Reno Aces, if you’re reading this, that Trevor Bauer drone bobblehead belongs on my desk. It’s not just because I want it. It’s not just because I need it. It’s because I’ve honestly earned it. Thank you.
