Touching moment from Ted Cruz. Simply touching. A man known for his way with words, best known for calling a basketball hoop a basketball “ring”, has now turned his attention to congratulating those lucky folks suffering from debilitating diseases. He was looking her in the eye like, “congratulations, old lady, for you are lucky enough to have MS and suffer from it every day” all while talking about cutting her Medicaid. Simply amazing.

The best part is after he congratulated her for “dealing with MS” the first time, he said it AGAIN. But before he said it again, he was keen to remind her just how terrible of a disease it truly is. I’ve never seen anything like it. These life-long politicians are just completely oblivious to real life, and Lyin’ Ted might be the worst of them. I’m shocked he didn’t end it by hoping she gets cancer so she can once again put up a fight.
