Julian Edelman Was NOT Ready To Celebrate Until Bill Belichick Gave Him The All Clear

Have a day, Bill Belichick! Right after winning the Super Bowl by overcoming the largest deficit in history he runs out onto the field and saves hundreds of lives. I’m not even particularly exaggerating there either, if Bill doesn’t get out of that field and tell Julian Edelman that he’s allowed to be happy and allowed to celebrate then Edelman might have started killing people who were coming up to congratulate him. His “get off the field” and “It’s not over!” exclamations were getting more and more serious and had it not been for Bill I think the next message would’ve been delivered by Edelman’s helmet going through a skull.

Love how everyone is so devoted to Bill that all it takes his blessing, like he’s a goddamn priest or something, and they can be happy and feel good about themselves.
