Just A Friendly Reminder (Again) That Chris Hogan, Did In Fact, Used To Play Lacrosse
It’s Wednesday and you know what that means. We’re only 4 days away from the big game. And while all you hooligans get your Coke Zero and Mozzarella Sticks ready for Sunday, I figured I’d remind you that Patriots’ WR Chris Hogan used to play lacrosse. Kind of crazy, I know. But this is just the world we live in. Don’t shoot the messenger. I’m just here to keep everybody informed so you have something to talk about with your friends/family at the Big Game Party.
It’s funny because people who don’t play lacrosse LOVE to bash on the sport. Particularly baseball guys. They love to say shit like “lacrosse is the game that kids played after they got cut from all the other teams in high school”. But here comes Chris Hogan. Dude played lacrosse AND football at some of the highest levels. DI for lacrosse and now he’s playing in the Super Bowl. I’m sorry but has there ever been somebody to play baseball and football at that high of a level. Has there ever been somebody to play division 1 baseball AND go on to star in the NFL? And if Chris Hogan eventually goes back to lacrosse and plays in the pros, he could be the first to do that as well. Name one baseball player who was ever athletic enough to play professional baseball and professional football. Go on. I’ll wait.
