Is Playing Chess Worse Than Eating Pork? Well, It's Hard To Say.

Turkish televangelist Ahmet Mahmut Ünlü, popularly known as “Cübbeli” Ahmet Hoca (Robed Ahmet Hoca), has raised eyebrows by claiming that playing chess is more sinful than gambling, daily Hürriyet reported on Jan. 2.

Ünlü said chess players were “cursed” and claimed that “most people who played chess are liars.”

“Playing chess is worse than gambling and eating pork … People who play chess are more prone to lying than others. People who play chess may not say the shahada [declaration of Islamic belief] while they are dying,” he said.

“People who play chess are cursed … You should count your prayer beads instead of playing games like this,” he added.

I fancy myself a solver of problems, but I have been wrestling with this thought for literally minutes and thus far the answer has eluded me. Which is worse: eating pork or playing chess?

I know that ham is for poors, so I would typically say that eating pork is worse by default but then this long time Turkish Imam Stoolie throws out this statement and I’m fucking thunderstruck. My tracks? I’m stopped in them. I’ve never thought about chess as a sinful game but he’s right. When you play chess you use cunning practices which are sinful. Clearly. I one hundred percent agree that most chess players are liars and I would take it a step farther. Most chess players are cunts. I dont know if that is the religious way to put it but it’s a fact. Chess players are cunts. Eating ham makes you a poor but playing chess makes you a cunt which is worse than being poor. Glad we settled that.
