Ben McAdoo Played The Licking Dog Shit Scene From Step Brothers To Fire Up The Giants For This Week's Ravens Game

NY Post- These are the times that try rookie coaches’ souls, but Ben McAdoo does not waver. McAdoo was the picture of calm as he showed his Giants a clip from the movie “Step Brothers,” The Post learned, starring Will Ferrell (Brennan) and John C. Reilly (Dale).
There was laughter inside a meeting room filled with angry New York Football Giants determined to end this three-game losing streak Sunday at home against the Ravens. But the message was unmistakable. “Basically he said was, ‘They’re gonna try to come in and try to bully us,’ ” Dwayne Harris said. “We’re at our house, and we gotta come out and just play like it’s our house.”

Well now I am officially sold on Benny Mac. Ben McAdoo is going to be a great coach in the NFL. Sure the last three games tell me the opposite. But honestly, how can this team not be inspired by Step Brothers? All-time great comedy. If you aren’t willing to run through a wall for the cool, maybe a little slow substitute teacher that lets you watch hilarious movies during class, you might as well just roll over and die now. The Giants didn’t perform for the older, grumpier coach the last few seasons. So now they have to perform for the silly looking bastard that put the sun in his back pocket during the Dallas game. If not for Ben then for the Benny With The Good Hair shirts. They are too beautiful to be sitting in boxes. If Brennan and Dale can get their acts together, so can Eli and the Giants.

So if you will please excuse me, I am going to watch this scene again and convince myself that Benny Mac is Lombardi, Noll, and Belichick all rolled in one when it comes to inspiring this generation of football players. Oh yeah and Michael Scott. Benny Mac seems to have a ton of Michael Scott in him.

Giants: 49 Ravens: 3

And now your Moment of Ben.

New York Giants v Green Bay Packers

(I admit these were more fun when the Giants were 2-0, but I am trying to act like I am not terrified about what is happening to this team right now. Please just let Ben be a good coach, because I fucking LOVE him.)
