So congratulations to Kevin Clancy and his NY Mets. For the second year in a row they made the playoffs. Last year they made it all the way to the World Series only to get their hearts ripped out by the Royals. Now this year he had drawn Madison Bumgarner in a 1 game playoff. This obviously begs the question whether this is the most lopsided matchup in the history of sports. I mean in one corner you have one of the greatest postseason pitchers of our generation. An absolute stopper. Probably the #1 guy of the past 2 decades that you want to have the ball in a big game. Virtually unhittable in these situations time and time again. In the other corner you have the world’s biggest loser. A guy who has never experienced a big win in his life. A guy who roots for the NY jets. A guy with no spine or integrity or sense of the moment. It’s Madbum vs. Couch Clancy in a 1 game playoff. There is just NO way the Mets and Clancy beat Bumgarner. Negative infinity chance.  It would make the Miracle on Ice look like childs play. And you know what’s crazy? I’m sure KFC would say the same exact thing because he’s a sports loser with a loser mentality and losers always lose and he knows it.
