Stefon Diggs Is A Superstar

If you missed Sunday Night Football last night, you missed a hell of a performance from Stefon Diggs. The 2nd year WR put on a show, catching 9 balls for 182 yards, a TD, and 6 first downs. The 5th round pick now has back to back 100+ yard games to start the season. It gets better though, as 5 of his 9 catches were for 20+ yards, putting him atop the NFL in receiving yards. Remember how great he was last year?

This year he looks even better.

And I couldn’t be happier for him. I’ve been watching Stef since he was a freshman at Maryland, making magic happen despite a horrific coach and eventually a freshman linebacker under center. Because of that, and a few injuries, he dropped to the 5th round 2 years ago. When the Skins picked Jamison Crowder out of Duke in the 4th round, I couldn’t help but wonder what all these NFL teams didn’t see in Diggs. And the answer is playas fuck up. He’s an incredible talent and an absolute superstar who hasn’t even begun to peak.
