Chinese KHL Team Scores Their First Goal And At Least It's Better Than Their Fighting Skills
First off, obligatory Trump vine
Second off, Sean Collins out of Saskatoon made history yesterday after scoring the first goal in Red Star Kunlun franchise history. That’s right, folks. It took a North American to get the job done for China. Suck a big fat dick, communism. Not a bad little tic-tac-toe play either. Cross ice, fake shot to a pass, one-touch through the slot over to the back door. That’s the type of puck movement you’d expect to see from a commie regime. It’s just nice to know that one of our own was there to stuff it home in the end.
It’s been a tough road for Red Star Kunlun adapting to life in the KHL so far. This was their first game of the year and they won 2-1. But in case you forgot, this is how their preseason went.
Just complete and utter demoralization. It’s almost impossible to come back from this sort of beat down. Hell, they got their ass kicked so bad that the KHL had to suspend the dude for life. That’s how brutal it was. But while their hands can’t throw any punches, they can certainly throw some sauce in the offensive zone.
Speaking of tic-tac-toe goals in the KHL, this one was pretty dece IMO.
