WUSA - Prince George’s County Police are trying to identify the man suspected of stealing nearly $30,000 worth of hair extensions from a salon. The theft happened on July 11 or 12, police said, at a salon in the 1000 block of Shoppers Way. Police said it occurred between the hours of 7:45 p.m. – 10:30 a.m.

These are the types of crimes that I just sit here and just nod my head up and down, paying respects to. Like, these are the crimes where the robber thinks outside the box. Straight up heists like when Heisenberg stole the methylamine from the train. Bang and boom job, no paper trail, quick and easy work.  I’m not condoning stealing a bunch of shit, but I appreciate crimes where they use their brains and don’t go for the money, but the product. And apparently fake hair is all the rage on the streets. Just straight up jacked 2 boxes of hair extensions from a salon. Thirty thousand dollars worth! Who had any idea hair extensions were so expensive? Makes me laugh at all the idiot robbers who go into 7-11s and get like 150 bucks in cash. Good job bros! That juice is hardly worth the squeeze. Meanwhile this guy took off with 30k in weave and they don’t know who he is, or where he went. Apparently there is a booming black market for hair extensions out there. I’m imagining like in Breaking Bad, this dude is a weave mastermind, and now he had his hands on some of the best shit money can buy. Gonna flip that 30k worth and build his empire.

PS: Getting rich by stealing stuff is way too easy if all you need to do is find some podunk beauty shop and take all their fake hair. Should be harder to get rich. I’m not saying do it, but if push ever comes to shove and your bookie comes knocking, I wouldn’t fault you.
