Wake Up With The Pittsburgh Pirates Walking Off In Shitshow Fashion
The way this game started out, this could’ve been an awful night for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Buccos rookie Jameson Taillon took a line drive off the head in the second inning, but remained in the game and threw six innings of one-run ball. Mark Melancon blew his third save of the year in the top of the ninth to set up this fuckery in the bottom half, courtesy of Josh Harrison, to send the crowd home happy. The division doesn’t seem likely at this point, but the Pirates are only 3 games back of a Wild Card spot with three teams ahead of them.
