Mike Gundy Rolled Into Big 12 Media Day With A Savage Mullet

Mike Gundy…he’s a man, he’s 40, and he’s bringing the god damn motherfucking mullet back!

I love it. I know I just said last blog that the key to recruiting was rap music. But Mike Gundy may have just printed that blog out, ripped it up, stuffed it in a pile of dog shit and rubbed my face in it. Maybe it’s the mullet. Maybe that’s the key. I mean we are in Oklahoma here. Business in the front, party in the back = wins on the field and National titles. It’s a known fact, some of the most successful men on Earth have rocked it.

Honestly this is one of those rants that has become cliche because everyone says it, all the time. Same as AI’s “Practice” and Jim Mora’s “Playoffs,” you never actually watch the clip anymore because it’s so overused. But this Gundy performance was just pure absolute magic.
