What a look this is. He looks like he could be a goon in the movie Blank Check. He is a person in 1994 dressing like how he thinks the year 2016 will look like when we get there. Probably has a floppy disc in one pocket and one of those enormous no skip cd players in the other. I have to say, I think it works. Just get a weird haircut and a time machine and people will stop talking about the partying. Genius.
