MLS Fans Create Game Of Thrones Themed Section Behind The Goal

Ordinarily Id tell you it would be absolutely impossible for me to be a fan of a team called “Sporting Kansas City,” but thats before I saw that they put a giant White Walker in the crowd with smoke pouring out of it and call themselves Blue Hell. If you re-brand your entire dumb soccer team to just pay homage to Game of Thrones, I can kinda get down with you. This is actually exactly what the entire MLS should do. Every franchise should just be based on awesome TV show. There arent any MLS fans but there are plenty of TV fans so just piggy back on that shit. Imagine a team with a giant Heisenberg sitting behind the goal? A big sign that says “I’m The One Who Knocks.” Coach Eric Taylor with “Clear Eyes, Full Hearts, Can’t Lose?” Tony Soprano with “Soldiers don’t go to Hell.” They shouldnt even have cities. They should just have TV themes. You follow your favorite show. I think I’d be a fan of The Shield. A big ass cut out of that smug, bald asshole Vic Mackey with this song playing during warmups:

Sign me up. Most underrated soccer club in the whole country.
