Alexei Emelin Lays One Of The Biggest Hits Of The Year On Stastny

Alexei Emelin laying the WOOD to poor Paul Stastny. I don’t even know if this is murder because the Blues are technically already dead. It’s some Steven Avery mutilation of a corpse shit. Either way, that’s a perfect hit by Emelin. Shoulder to the chest and on time. A little dust up immediately after the hit, but no real retaliation by the Blues for demolishing their boy Stastny. I’m not a big fan of fights after clean hits, but I would expect the Big Bad Blues to come out swinging after a hit like this. That wasn’t the case last night. Why? Because they’re dead.
