CRANSTON, R.I. —The head of a city agency in Cranston, Rhode Island, is out of a job after a bizarre stunt in which a man dressed as an elderly woman to make a news conference look better. Sue Stenhouse, the executive director of the Senior Enrichment Center, resigned after WJAR uncovered that she asked a man to dress up as an elderly woman to make her press conference last week look better for the media. She was promoting the Snow Angels Program, which encourages volunteers to help home-bound seniors get shoveled out when it snow. When the plan was uncovered this week she promptly resigned.
Get me Stenhouse on the horn! I need to hire this chick ASAP! I mean it’s not only that she came up with this circus stunt, but it’s the fact she convinced a city bus driver to take part it. I can’t even imagine the dirt she must have on that guy. Has to be something vile for sure. And they didn’t fuck around either. This is straight Mrs. Doubtfire shit. I mean dude looks like Chris Farley in drag in an SNL skit. Like if this was a comedy bit I’d say it was lame and they were trying way too hard. Be more cliché. But the fact this is real life? The fact this really happened? It’s fucking genius. I don’t know whether Sue Stenhouse was trying to be funny or even knows she’s funny but she is.
