Hipster Bashing, Nets vs Bulls Game 1

Couple months ago I went to visit some friends in New York and on the Friday I was there we decided to go to a Nets game. Now I know Brooklyn is Hipster central 101, I fully expected to be face first with a bunch of beards, skinny jeans, and american spirit cigarettes. I was prepared. Well I thought I was prepared. Because nothing truly prepared me for a Brooklyn Nets fan. They’re the worst type of hipsters. The hipsters with money who still pretend to be poor. Basketball fans since October, 2012. They’re there to see Jay – Z and Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband. Now maybe I’m exaggerating this by a little bit but I don’t care, when I get ready for a series, I mentally prepare myself to hate everything about the opponent. Their players, their fans, their team, their jersey, everything. And I now hate Brooklyn. I don’t know if we can win this series without Jo (just heard he is playing tonight) and D-Rose. I don’t know if we’ll have enough offense for 7 games, but I do know we’re the tougher, grittier team, and we’re winning tonight. I feel it in my plums. Bulls +4.5 is a joke, Bulls +175 is where it’s at. Lets do this.
