Iowa Basketball Lost To D-II Augustana On A Buzzer Beater Tonight So That's Not Great

I’ll say this. If I had a choice, I would’ve preferred that not to happen. It would’ve been nice for Iowa to beat a D-II team at home. That’s all I’m saying. Not a great look for Fran McCaffery and the Hawkeyes even if Augustana is supposedly pretty good. Whatever. It’s an exhibition game in November so it doesn’t matter.  At least we have the best college football team in the nation and we’re gonna steamroll the Hoosiers tomorrow. That’ll take the sting away. Go Hawks.

PS- How about Augustana acting like they just hit a buzzer beater to advance further into the NCAA Tournament?  Act like you’ve been there.  Disgusting.
