Guy Going Crazy Beast Mode At The Gym

 

 

SWOLE DON’T SLEEP! And it certainly doesn’t lift by the book either. You ever go to the gym for the first time in 3 months and then flex for 20 minutes after and are like yep, I’m ripped now? Not that guy, and that’s because he stays ripped. That’s the difference. He knows what he’s doing works, while the rest of us shmoes are just trying to do curls for the girls and then drink brotein shakes and pat ourselves on the back. Or maybe that’s just me, I don’t know..either way, if the Thrill Ride isn’t training Handsome Hank to get up to 200 lbs by Memorial Day, this guy should be.
