The 2015 Baltimore Ravens, In One Picture

Welp. That’s it. That’s the image that sums it all up. The Ravens have just been a team with a towel over its face and a mangled limb all season. Nothing can go right for these guys. Kamar Aiken is the #1 receiver now. KAMAR AIKEN. Yes, the guy who was merely a practice squad player 12 months ago.

But really, what does it matter? This team was going nowhere with or without Steve at this point. I hate to put a positive spin on a bad injury like what just happened to him, but this just keeps the tank moving along at full speed. I don’t see how the offense can keep up with the defensive struggles when Joe has such a JV squad to work with. All signs point to 3-13 with how decimated this roster is. Only ensures a top draft pick in the draft next year.

Feel for SSS so much though. Through all the shit this team has gone through, nobody has battled harder than him. Looks bad, looks like an achilles injury or a lisfranc injury or something, so I’d imagine that’s it for his season. And with the season long gone, it’d be silly for him to try to fight his way back. The big question is, is that a wrap for his career? I say no way. Knowing the amount of pride he has and the type of warrior he is, no way does he allow that image right there to be our last of him. I’d be shocked if he doesn’t come back. Maybe it’s selfish of me to assume he’ll come back, but that’s just the way I see it happening. Let’s regroup, grab a top-notch pick, and come back at full force in 2016.
