'I'd Like To Fire Myself' - It Took Exactly One Game (A Win) To Get A Pissed Off Mick Cronin Ranting About How Miserable His Team Looks

You see the score and probably think, eh it's a win. Get out of game 1 with a win, teams aren't going to look that good, right? Well, sure, except you're not Mick Cronin. You're not constantly looking for something or someone to bitch at. He can't blame travel or anything like that today, so he did the next logical thing. He talked about firing himself 

I think the one thing true here is that Mick Cronin is the one guy who would fire himself. Sure, he could quit, but that's different. Mick Cronin is not a quitter, he's going to fire himself. This is just vintage Mick though.  You think he's going to be happy? Of course not. He'll find something, anything to bitch about. Forget the fact he put this team together and the gameplan, he's gotta find arrogance somewhere. 

I still can't believe Mick is at UCLA. The man couldn't be more opposite of California but somehow perfect for the Big 10. He's just the ultimate ranter. There are very few coaches in any sports across the country that can deliver a vintage rant like Mick Cronin. He knows it, he can lean into it whenever he wants. Incredible all the way around. I know we shouldn't be surprised, but it took 1 game, 1 win and Mick Cronin is firing himself (not quitting).
