Florida State’s Revenge Tour Lasts Precisely One Game as the Noles Fall to Georgia Tech

Oh fuck yes. We are so back.

So much for the Florida State Revenge Tour, I guess. That entire fanbase spent the last eight months still bitching about being left out of the College Football Playoff and couldn’t even handle Georgia Tech as a double-digit favorite to start the season.

What a win for the Yellow Jackets, though. Brent Key might just be a hell of a football coach. I would not be surprised at all if he’s at Florida or Arkansas next season. Georgia Tech should be drawing up a fat extension right this second.

And we didn’t even make it to Week 1 before seeing the DJ Uiagalelei experiment fail at a third school. Tough scenes. That guy just isn’t a big-time quarterback and that’s ok. Maybe Oregon State will take him back before their season starts.

It feels so good to be back. I love this sport.
