Taylor Fritz Pulls Off an Amazing Comeback Against Alexander Zverev At Wimbledon, Which Then Ignites a Feud Between Zverev And Fritz's Girlfriend Morgan Riddle As She Dances On His Grave

Taylor Fritz just played one of the best matches of his career, coming back from two sets down to beat Alexander Zverev and advance to the quarterfinals of Wimbledon. If you've followed Fritz over the years you can see the evolution in not only his on-court game, but his mentality as well. Dude didn't crack as he reached the brink of elimination, instead he got better. His serve was money and he delivered winner after winner when it mattered most —69 winners: 23 unforced errors. 

After the match, Zverev had a lot to say to Taylor at the net which obviously made everyone curious what he could possibly be talking about. 

Glad to see Zverev has learned to lose with class. Just kidding, right after Fritz wins the biggest match of his life he has to get lectured about a certain someone in his box for being "too over the top." Fuck outta here dude, let Taylor enjoy the moment. 

Zverev made the guessing game easy by eliminating Taylor's coach, physio, and second coach from the drama. So who would that leave? I'm gonna take a wild guess and assume he was absolutely calling out Morgan Riddle, Fritz's long-time girlfriend. Here's what she posted right when the match ended. 

The reasoning behind the Zverev hate? If you're not aware he was involved with a years-long court domestic violence legal battle. It was very recently settled, where Zverev paid $218k to maintain his presumed innocence. The settlement was not an admission of guilty or innocence, but more spearheaded by the alleged victim who just wanted it to end after a long-grueling process. Tennis doesn't have a domestic violence policy so he was allowed to play throughout the duration of the legal process. I'm not here to say what he did or did not do, but that's the basis around Zverev hate with tennis. You can see why Morgan hates him. I personally love a rivalry in tennis. This one is messy and doesn't feel like it's far from over. Obviously at the moment that appears to be between Zverev and Fritz's girlfriend, but if that evolves to Fritz hate then we've got fireworks.

Morgan is very good for tennis. The olds of the sport despise her, as they do with most influencers, but I think she means well with her content. At the bare minimum she brings a young female audience to a game that definitely did not have that before. Grow the game Morgan!
