FYI Stevie Wonder Is Rocking A Free Concert At City Hall At 3 PM Today
NBC – Philadelphia’s Dilworth Park will become “Pastime Paradise” Monday afternoon as one of the biggest music legends in the world will play a pop-up concert. Iconic performer Stevie Wonder will bring his band to the plaza near Philadelphia’s City Hall to announce the final performances of his “Songs in the Key of Life” tour that will include an encore Oct. 7 date at the Wells Fargo Center.
It’ll be a certified mess, but it’s worth noting because legends only come around town every so often. If you’re in the city and can snake out of the office for a bit then it’s definitely worth it. We’ve all made excuses to get out of work for a lot less. The dude can still jam.
Random but did George W. once wave to Stevie or was that just an urban legend? Hilarious if true.
