Auburn Got Royally Screwed At The End Of Their Game Against Tennessee

Sure looks like a foul to me. I hate leaning on the refs as the reason a game goes one way or the other because basketball lifers like myself will tell you that for every call like this, there's 457584383493 other plays and factors that determine a winner and a loser. Turnovers, free throws, rebounds, blown assignments, missed shots, bad possessions, stupid fouls etc. So this play in no way changed the game any more than the other million plays in this game. 

However ... it sure looks like the defender initiated the contact, and didn't let him land as Robbie Hummel explains. That in the clearest form is a foul and Bruce Pearl has his right to go apeshit.

Overall , really tough game between two exceptional teams, even if the offense was at a premium.  Nice to finally get a winner with Auburn +9.5 . On another note, I can't wait to fade Tennessee in the tournament. God they play such gross basketball.
