Taylor Heinicke Is Officially The Starter Of The Hottest Team In The League, The Washington Commanders

Boom. Winning is awesome, man. We don't get to say that much being a fan of this team but oh my god cheering for a winning football team is so awesome. I can't imagine how much more awesome it will be when Dan Snyder doesn't own them anymore. I can cum just thinking about it.

Speaking of cumming, this team is really coming together. The defense is playing INCREDIBLE football. That front 4 have been absolutely lethal, allowing the DBs to force turnovers. And credit to the linebackers too, they aren't the best crop in the NFL but they really have come into their own and been pretty fucking good, which I don't think any of us expect.

And then there is Mr. Taylor Heinicke. Your new official starting QB for the Washington Commanders. We have won 5 out of our last 6, are above .500, have Chase Young coming back, and the Heinicke to McLaurin connection couldn't be hotter. Add in how great Curtis Samuel has been and this offense, while still not amazing, has at least found an identity. And that's big plays on the back of Heinicke and running the football and juicing out every yard with Brian Robinson and Antonio Gibson.

You can only beat who is on the schedule and the Commies are doing just that- winning.

The games have been close, some have been ugly, but a win is a win no matter how you slice it.

And just like that there are only 6 games left in the season:

Falcons game is winnable. Let's say we split the Giants and win 2 out of the final 3 vs the Niners, Browns, and Cowboys. That's a 10-7 season right there. Not so optimistic about those final 3? 9-8 could still be a wild card spot. Quite a turnaround for a team who started the season SO poorly, now looking down the barrel of a playoff game. The NFL is crazy unpredictable and I'm glad we have Heinicke leading us along for the ride. Left Hand Up And Fuck Dan Snyder Forever.
