FIFA Made The Smart Decision And Will Reportedly Ban Russia From Being Able To Qualify For The 2022 World Cup

Thank God FIFA finally decided to realize what everyone wanted and banned Russia here. You literally had soccer federations all across the world saying they wouldn't compete in the same event as Russia. You had teams in Europe that they are supposed to play in this qualifying saying they wouldn't play them. You can't let Russia get a bye to the World Cup. You have to ban them. It's FIFA though so it's still a bit of a concern that they wouldn't just ban them.

Speaking of Russia and the World Cup. They were this close to qualifying. 

Shucks. So close to making it and now they are reportedly getting banned. I know sports is completely different but I'm glad FIFA is taking a stand. None of this 'Russian Soccer Federation' or whatever bullshit we saw at the Olympics. No just getting rid of the flag. Ban them. Good for FIFA. I can't believe I said that but good for FIFA.
