Texas Tech Fans Started Camping Out For Tuesday's Game Immediately After Beating Mississippi State Last Night

Oh some guy named Chris Beard is coming to town on Tuesday? What does he even know about Texas Tech? But honestly, this is why I love Tech fans. They fucking love hoops. It shocked me when I was at the 2019 Final Four and talking to them up in Minnesota. I just assumed oh a Texas school with basically no history in basketball, what do they care. Nope. They love it. And now we have them lining up on Saturday night for Tuesday's game. I can't wait. It's going to be arguably the best environment in all of college basketball this year. You have Ric Flair coming in town to hop on the mic and talk shit. You have people lining up immediately after Texas Tech beat Mississippi State. That's some dedication. I don't care if it's warm out there. Sleeping anywhere besides your bed for that long? No thank you. 

This is just why college sports will always be special. There's a different sort of fandom for the school you go to/went to than just a pro team. You don't see fans lining up outside for a Chiefs game. You get it with college sports. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'd do anything to be in Lubbock, Texas on a Tuesday. Place is going be awesome.
