Hot Start: 30 Minutes Into The New Team Shop Being Opened, The Cleveland Guardians Logo Fell And Broke

Well, today's the day. The Indians officially became the Guardians today. The MLB announced it. The Twitter name was changed. And the team shop opened at 9:00 am for everyone to come get their new......Guardians.....gear.

And by 9:30......

Yikes.

What a sign from the baseball Gods. They clearly disapprove. I'm just not sure whether this means they disapprove of the name Guardians or the dumb ass logo that came with it.

Can we all at least agree on that? I know the city of Cleveland is pretty split right now on the name change. Some wanted are fine with it, some with it could've been something else, some think we should've compromised with a change to the Tribe, and some don't think we should've changed it at all. But one thing we all should be able to agree on is that this logo is LAAAAAAAAME.
