Which Warzone Streamer Will Have The Easiest Transition To Apex Legends? My Pick May Surprise You...
Before we get into the discussion, checkout my latest YouTube video above on Apex Legends! In this video I discuss my settings I use on Apex and my biggest tips to rank up! In a following blog, I will explain in detail the ranking system for all new and returning players.
From Warzone To Apex
Apex is a much, much different game than Warzone. Your character or "Legend" has unique abilities to help them in battle and survive. On top of that, the TTK (or time to kill) is much higher than Warzone. In general gaming terms, anytime a TTK is higher, the game requires more skill. The longer it takes to kill, the better aim and tracking is required. If you've played any hardcore Call of Duty game mode, you should easily understand the difference. Hitting one single bullet on a target is much easier than hitting 15+.
In a very popular rant, FPS legend "Shroud" stated that it's amazing to play Apex after grinding Warzone because Apex takes actual skill and Warzone is way too easy. He's not wrong in the slightest. Hop into your first Apex game and you'll see exactly why.
So when I'm thinking about the FaZe Swagg clip that leads off our Meta Man video, I get hit with the question, "Which streamer or content creator coming from Warzone will have the easiest transition?" Names begin swirling in my head and right away it hits me.
Cloakzy. Aka Franklin the Turtle.
Former Fortnite Professional and Warzone DEMON - I watched a few games of his play as Octane and I couldn't believe it was within a week of him grinding the game. We know Nickmercs will be right by his side as they grind together, but any game that Cloakzy plays, he becomes DANGEROUS and fast.
Other names that crossed my mind were Tfue, Nickmercs and Symfuhny. These guys named have proven time and time again to become demons at any game they play after they get acquainted to the game.
Another name to lookout for is Huskerrs. Many people don't know this, but prior to grinding Warzone, Huskerrs was a former Apex Pro that mained Wattson. In March 2020, he decided to grind Warzone and I'd say it paid off…
I hit gold yesterday and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. In the near future, I'd like to make YouTube videos talking about each legend's strengthens/weaknesses and which legend you should be using and why. Comment who you'd like to see!
