The Pastrami, Egg, And Cheese Is Here And It Better Be Here To Stay

Wow. Just wow. I don't even know what to say about this because this seems like it should've been such an easy match years ago that it's triggering me that this hasn't been done sooner. The Pastrami is one of the most beautiful meats New York has to offer. A real good slice of Pastrami is up there with my favorite foods- Pastrami at its best, crab cakes at its best, fresh mozzarella at its best are all undefeated. Pastrami's even so damn good that I constantly tell people that Katz's Deli in the Lower East Side is the greatest tourist trap in the solely for the fact that it isn't even a trap...It's just that fucking good.

So back to the potential addition of egg & cheese into the Pastrami game...YES PLEASE. It's good with Bacon, It's good with Sausage, It's good with Ham...It'll be fucking GREAT with Pastrami. Us moving on to the Pastrami portion of the breakfast sandwich world will kind of be like Jon Snow being given Longclaw. He was a great swordman and all before that, but his life really enhanced once he was given longclaw. Pastrami is our longclaw.

I need to start smelling the gorgeous scent of Pastrami every Sunday morning at bagel places across Long Island. I simply just need it. Also if anyone knows the place that started the obviously aforementioned "PEC" please let me know. Thank you for your time.
