Lance Lynn and Tony LaRussa Disagree On The "Unwritten Rules Of Baseball" And Guess What? IT'S A Non FUCKING Story

I'm sorry for the lack of punctuality with this post but we've been recording Red Line for the last few hours and I was mostly away from my phone. That said, this is a NON FUCKING STORY. DO NOT let anyone tell you otherwise. You think Michael and Phil agreed on everything? Paul O'Neil and Torre? Walter and Ditka? Absolutely not. Anyone who's established in any profession has had a disagreement with their boss and if your boss is any good, he'll open up his door to you and say "let's talk this out" and that's exactly what the team and LaRussa has done over the last few days.

Beyond that, let's look at this from 30,000 feet - Lance Lynn played for the Cardinals in 2011 as a rookie. There's not too much crossover between their careers, but enough to have an established relationship. Lynn's been a very good pitcher since 2011 and is respected around the league. Tony LaRussa is a Hall of Famer and is respected around the league. Both people are absolutely, positively allowed to speak their minds. They're professionals. Both of them. They're allowed to disagree with each other. They're allowed to state they're opinions either face to face or through the media. That doesn't mean Lynn will be in TLR's dog house or that TLR is losing the clubhouse because Lynn and others disagree with him on something as stupid as the unwritten rules.

That's that. Again, it's a non-issue. The Sox just won 5 of 6 against the Twins over the last week or so and sit here with the best record in baseball. Yermin's fist bumping coaches, Gio dominated today, and the Sox are cooking with gas. Really wish the media would ask the important questions... questions like "wtf is wrong with Hendriks" or "how is Abreu's ankle doing" instead of focusing this stupid fucking story. Because that's all it is; it's stupid. It's a disagreement amongst men and the men will continue on trying to perform at the highest level possible. The clubhouse is GREAT and TLR is a part of the reason why.

NOW FUCK ALL OF THIS LET'S GO BEAT THOSE GREASEBALL GABAGOOL FUCKWAD YANKEES
