The NHL Does The Right Thing And Suspends The NY Rangers Pavel Buchnevich For His Horrifying Act Of Violence

The NHL always gets it right, that's what I've always said. Gotta trust them to make the right call in the face of adversity, and that's exactly what they did here by correctly suspending that goon Pavel Buchnevich for his horrifying act of violence last night. And if I have read the thousands of Rangers fans tweets from the last few days correctly, Buch should also be arrested and thrown in jail. I mean if they thought SCCTW should be, then I assume they have the same exact opinion about this? Actually, even worse because what SCCTW did wasn't even a suspendable offense, while this was. So I guess death penalty for Buchnevich??? Rangers fans words, not mine, as I think the 1 game is suitable. 

Just add another L to the list for the Rangers:

- SCCTW beats up the entire team

- Rangers fans cry for him to be kicked out of the league and thrown in jail, the NHL laughs and gives him a $5k fine

- The Rangers release a statement that is laughed at and mocked by the entire world where they use the phrase "Horrifying act of violence" un-ironically

- The Rangers then fire their GM and President 

- The Caps and Rangers square off again where the Rangers then lose 5 straight fights to the Caps and lose the game where TJ Oshie has a hat trick in MSG

- The Rangers are eliminated from the playoffs

- The NHL fines them $250k for being pussies

- Pavel Buchnevich gets suspended for his horrifying act of violence
