Oh My God It's Happening: Logan Paul Will Reportedly Fight Floyd Mayweather On June 5th

Source - An exhibition fight between Hall of Fame boxer Floyd Mayweather and YouTube personality Logan Paul is tentatively scheduled for June 5, according to The Athletic's Mike Coppinger. 

The two were initially set to fight on Feb. 20 in a bout streamed on the online streaming platform Fanmio, but that fight was postponed. The new fight is set to stream on Showtime pay per view, according to The Athletic.

No location for the fight has been released.

Good God. RIP to Logan Paul. It's was fun while it lasted. He's been on the record as saying he thinks he can beat Floyd, but he knows he can't. He's fought one YouTuber and lost, so the chances of him landing a punch are slim to none. Even if Floyd goes half speed, scratch that, quarter speed, he still has no shot at putting together even a coherent combination.

The Athletic is reporting that Mayweather can’t weigh more than 160 pounds for the fight, while Paul cannot weigh more than 190.

^^That and it will allegedly take place in Miami where crowd restrictions are lighter than in other states. Floyd also says having a full arena is "very important to him" which is why Florida was a no brainer. That said, you have to give it to the Paul brothers. As much as people shit on them they are literally laughing their way to the bank. How much money do you think Logan will make off of this fight? $5 million? $10 million? I'm sure it'll be a tenth of what Floyd makes but it'll still be a shit ton. Good for him. Personally I would've liked to see Jake get in the ring with Floyd but we all know he doesn't fight real boxers.
