This one was just casually dropped in the comment section to a "Watch This When You're High" blog like I respectfully request. I somehow had never heard of this until then. Even though I have passed the Philadelphia Naval Yard a hundred times in my life. 

Needless to say I will never look at it the same after watching these and reading up on this. Hoax bs or not.
