Its 122 Degrees In The NYC Subway
NEW YORK (WABC) –In New York City, underground subway stations are a year-round source of warmth. On a hot summer day, the heat is almost unbearable. Meteorologist Amy Freeze wanted to find out exactly how warm it was, so she took a measuring tool into a subway station Wednesday. She checked out the A train line at noon in Manhattan. The result was 122 degrees with humidity being factored into the temperature. The above-ground feels-like temperature at the same time was 93 – a difference of 29 degrees!
This is some real Kill Yourself type shit. Just forget about your family and jump in front of the next train type of shit. That aint even human. 122 degrees. Fuckin sickening. Type of shit to make you just leave your job and apartment and move out of this city entirely. Just like “welp I dunno I’ll figure it out. Leave my job and my lease and my paycheck and my life behind and head out of this godforsaken island because I am NOT standing in 122 degree heat underground waiting for my death train to arrive.”
