TB12 Method Week Three Recap

We're going to the Super Bowl and I don't think it's a coincidence that I've been on the TB12 Method for the past three weeks. I mean, take a look at these results:

The results on the field have been clear, but what about off the field Steve? Well, that's a great question Steven, they've been great as well. I have plateaued weight loss wise this week, down 0.1 lbs from last week, bringing me to down 9.3 lbs total, but that is actually a good thing. I'd rather not yoyo to a place where I'll just gain this back once the Super Bowl is over. I feel like I'm in a place where the weight I've lost in this will stay off, which is a huge win. If I'm being 100% honest, I don't necessarily care what my weight is, as long as it looks good. I'd rather be a good 210 lbs. than a bad 195 lbs. And I can definitely say I'm in a good spot right now. 

In regards to actual food, despite being on a 'diet', I'm eating good:

The Bucs are going to need a ton to go right to win this game, and since this is the Super Bowl and we've got a defined end date, I've called in some reinforcements:

So I've got a full group of 50 (that was max capacity of a twitter DM group) ready to roll to give the Bucs any good karma and juju for the big game. We'll need every bit of luck to beat Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs. I'll keep going and do anything on my side to ensure the Buccaneers success. Hopefully we can finish the job - Go Bucs!
