Paul George Says Players Are Talking Shit To Him Because He Sucked Last Year ... Yeah Dude, That's Totally The Reason Why

But for some reason, it’s a lot of mouth. And it’s fine, I gotta play up to that. I’ll go through the fire, it’s fine. It’s more so about me being at peace and at ease.”

I'm starting to think Paul George might be a little bit delusional, folks. Now let me say something quick. I actually think Paul George is a fine player - even a good player. But nobody has been more vocal about how good he is and not understanding why people don't like him outside of LeBron than Paul George. I'm sure the shit talking has nothing to do with:

- Calling yourself Playoff P

- Forcing the Pacers to trade you then asking for a trade from the Thunder

- Having his dogs nuts all over him, actually it's just a hilarious picture

- The outrageous list of demands he had with Kawhi last year. 

- The fact his fiancee got into it with Damian Lillard's sister last year on social media 

-Wait, maybe it was dating Doc Rivers' daughter and then cheating on her with his now fiancee

I don't know maybe all of that is why people are talking shit to you? Maybe it's the fact the Clippers crowned themselves champions the moment Kawhi and Paul George teamed up there. Maybe it's the fact that it's fucking basketball and people talk shit at every level. Who cares Paul? Honestly, I love that the Suns are chippy. They are fun as hell with Chris Paul, Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton as the core three. Get some attitude there and let them wear the Charles Barkley/Dan Majerle era jerseys and they'd be officially back. 

The real question is has any team gone from lovable losers to this hated like the Clippers? I can't really think of anyone. It was always cute when the Clippers started winning games. Shit, people even cheered for them to win games. Now? Now people can't stand them. Most of that is Paul George, which I can't blame. Again, the dude is a good player but my God he doesn't shut the fuck up and stop whining. They got the Spurs tomorrow, if Pop doesn't come out with a shit talking gameplan they failed. Plain and simple. 

PS: Playoff P is still a top-1 worst nickname ever.
