The Philadelphia Eagles Played Their Hearts Out, But Just Fell Short
Mitchell Leff. Getty Images.Hard fought game. Battled to the very end. But they just fell a couple of plays short on this one. Tough way to end the season but I love the resiliency of this squad. They never give up. They just compete, and when you think they're done competing they'll just go out and compete some more.
Oh well. 6th overall pick is a solid consolation here. But I can guarantee you that nobody is taking this loss tougher than Doug Pederson right now. So before any of you Giants fans hurl some hateful messages his way, keep that in mind.
