254 Different Kinds Of Cheeses, Everybody Knows The Rules
A couple of things here. 1) It's not that I didn't think that there were at least 254 varieties of cheese in the world, but just actually seeing that number is pretty wild. I'd like to know if there's anyone in the world who can name 200 different cheeses off the top of their head. Highly doubtful, unless it's the Bubba Gump of cheese.
2) The record here should be awarded to whoever acquired all those different cheeses. If it was the chef himself, then great. But if he sent someone to the grocery store to pick all those up, then that poor soul deserves the record. It's one thing to just shred a little bit of each cheese and throw it on a pizza. It's an entirely different beast to have to go out there and purchase everything. I get overwhelmed just trying to search for gruyere. I can't imagine having to find some of the insanely obscure cheeses that were in this recipe.
Lastly, imagine you're a worker at Domino's and you see an order come across the app for 255 additional cheese toppings. Then it happens again, and again, and again. All because some jabroni in France had to go ahead and set a world record, and now everyone wants to beat it. That Domino's employee is screwed and it's all because of this selfish bastard. Was it worth it? Huh? Was it?
