Bryson DeChambeau Is Ripping Augusta National Apart... Just Kidding He's Spraying It All Over The Map And Just Took A Double On 13

What a shitshow!

Bryson was the talk of this tournament coming in. All week we've been hearing out about how he was going to rip this course into shreds and make Augusta National beg for mercy. 

He may have blasted a wedge to 3 feet on his first hole #10, but he missed a 3 foot slider and promptly blasted his tee shot on 11 a mile left. After a clean par on 12, we all waited with anticipation to see what kind of line he was going to hit it on 13… and he flairs it out right into the pine straw and leaves himself a mortal 195 yards in. From there shit went sideways. Blasted a ball into the azaleas behind the green, took a drop, and then biffed the chip and took a double. 

I said in my preview that only 2 champions in the last decade have won with a double bogey on their scorecard. Lot of golf left, but not the start everyone pictured for big ol Bryson.
