Wake Up With Trey Mancini Taking His First Cuts In The Cage Since His Cancer Diagnosis

And just like that, Trey Mancini wrapped up the 2021 Comeback Player Of The Year. Trey posted this video to his IG Story yesterday of him returning to the cages for the first time since his cancer diagnosis in March. Couldn't imagine what was going through his mind as he made his way there because lets be real, if he hadn't gotten that physical or gotten it a few weeks later he may not have ever stepped foot back in a cage. He looks like he's in great shape after finishing chemo a few weeks back, and he's ready to rock. Orioles were super fun to watch this year, but next year with Mancini right smack in the middle of the lineup is going to be great. I legit can't wait to be at his first game back, the roof may explode off of Camden Yards when he's introduced. Not a nicer guy in baseball than Trey, can't wait to see him back on the field.
