Earlier this week, Brett Favre defended Tom Brady after Bruce Arians called him out, twice. (source: CBS)
“I think the last person you want to call out after the first game of the year is Tom Brady. Now, maybe they had a mutual truce going into the game, going into the season, 'Hey, I'm going to be hard on you...' If they have that truce, great. If not, I think you are barking up the wrong tree."
Today, Favre is in Tampa for the Bucs home opener, fucking up some chips while in a Brady shirt. I'm not exactly sure why he's there considering the organization didn't allow fans in the stands this week, but I don't hate it.
For some unknown and super mysterious reason, Favre was extremely impressed with Brady's decision to leave New England and start over, so he's probably just there to support his buddy. But of course, he couldn't just show up empty-handed, and he definitely wasn't going to wear another man's jersey, so the only valid option left was to plaster Brady's handsome face on his chest.
