Barstool Chicago Is Taking Over US Cellular Field On June 20th - Buy Your Tickets Now
So as WSD blogged a week ago, Barstool Chicago is hosting an event at US Cellular Field on June 20th vs. the Texas Rangers. Now I know what you’re thinking, “Big Cat, you’re a Cubs fan, you don’t give a shit about the Sox, what’s in this for you?”
Well, I love baseball, I love summertime in Chicago, and I love day drinking. When you combine the three I don’t care who’s playing, I’m in. Especially when it only costs 55 dollars total for a ticket and patio pass. If you miss this game for any reason at all you’re just a big wet blanket.
Now that I have your full attention, here’s everything you need to know about the ticket package:
* Did I mention it only costs 55 dollars for a bleacher ticket and patio pass? If drinking unlimited beer and eating unlimited food isn’t you’re thing, you can also get a bleacher ticket with us for only $23.
* You have to purchase a game ticket if you plan on purchasing a patio pass as well. You can buy a ticket without the patio pass, but you can’t buy a patio pass without a game ticket. The all you can eat/drink special starts 2 hours before first pitch and runs through the 1st inning. Ample enough time to drink a dozen or so beers and fill your stomach with all of the ribs, burgers, hot dogs, and fried food possible.
* We will be setting up a tailgate, hopefully in the B lot. Details on this will come at a later date.
* WSD, the kid who’s shaped like a basketball, will be taking challengers at the speed pitch apparently. Never have I met a person with more irrational confidence in his athletic ability in my life, and I know Dave Portnoy. I fully expect him to need Tommy John by the 5th inning.
* Trent is coming. Who doesn’t wanna throw back cold ones with Trent?
Like we said before, this as event for ALL Stoolies. Doesn’t matter if you’re a Cubs fan, Sox, or in from out of town. You need to be at this event. Boatloads of bags, beer, baseball, and Barstool. Don’t even think about missing it.
