Kings Jarret Stoll Arrested In Vegas For Cocaine And Ecstasy

(Source) Los Angeles Kings center Jarret Stoll was arrested on Friday night in Las Vegas on suspicion of possession of drugs. Stoll was arrested at the MGM Wet Republic pool on suspicion of possession of cocaine and Ecstacy, police confirmed to CBS Las Vegas. Police also told CBS that NHL security had been notified of the incident.Late Friday, the Kings released a statement on the arrest via the team’s website.

“We are aware of police reports out of Clark County, Nevada regarding Jarret Stoll. Our organization is concerned and has begun conducting a thorough internal investigation. While we continue to actively gather facts, we are withholding further comment at this time.”

So how exactly is this possible? That question isn’t me being funny either, I actually want to know how this is possible. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of someone getting arrested for Cocaine and Ecstasy in Las Vegas. It’s Vegas for Christ Sakes, Cocaine and Ecstasy is like air and water there, how the hell are you the only guy in the world to get arrested for it? Not to mention you’re a professional athlete who should always have a guy specifically in your crew to hold the cocaine and ecstasy and this very well may be the dumbest/weirdest arrest of all time. Either the police were running a sting on Jarret Stoll or Jarret Stoll is terrible at partying in Vegas responsibly (hiding his drugs). The mainstream media will call this embarrassing but for the wrong reasons, this is embarrassing because you got arrested in Las Vegas with drugs, truly a remarkable feat.

I also don’t understand why you don’t just jump in the pool as soon as you sense the heat closing in on you. Jump in, go underwater, empty your pockets. Can’t get arrested for a couple of wet plastic baggies can you?

Big winner in this is Erin Andrews. This has knee jerk marriage proposal written all over it. Jarret has to say sorry to the fans and promise he’ll change and become a more responsible adult, easiest way to do that is get married.
