Wake Up With The Greatest US Men's Soccer Moment In History

10 years ago today. I feel like this is a sneaky "remember where you were" sports moment. Me, an early 20s Chief called in sick from his first real job to get absolutely shitfaced in the middle of the day with his buddies. Pretty sure that game was in the middle of the week and for whatever reason it felt like everyone was on the same page. Everyone was in on that team and that World Cup. The game against England, and then needing the win against Algeria to go through to the knock out stage. Unreal play from Tim Howard throwing the ball like he was Vlad Guerrero to Dempsey getting a chance to Donovan cleaning it up. That was the most fun I've had watching soccer in my life. Need USA Soccer to get their shit together so we can do this again in 2022
