Yo Smitty, check out this dash cam of a delivery driver in State College catch a dude get wrecked out of no where on the busiest street in town.

No context.  No reason.  No mercy.  Just a dude minding own business in good ol’ Happy Valley getting sauced into space.  I suppose the real question is why the royal fuck would anyone would need a dashcam in Penn State?  But I digress.  Solid form tackle on the streets that would result in a lifetime ban in the NFL.
