Wednesday at just past noon, a squadron of F-15 from the 104th Fighter Wing of the Massachusetts Air National Guard flew over the city of Boston to pay tribute to and lift the spirits of the medical people and first responders of the state that is currently taking the hardest hit of all 50 states. My spirit animal the great Ron Swanson once said that crying is acceptable at funerals and the Grand Canyon. And while I agree wholeheartedly with both of those, I've always said flyovers as well. Even if it's just before a sporting event or an air show, these get me in the feels every time. And this one? Under these circumstance? Waterworks. I still would've tried to find a way to play "Danger Zone," but the silent tribute worked just fine too.
