Maryland's Own And Former WSOP Main Event Champion Greg Merson Has Registered For the 1 Million Dollar Buy In "Big One For One Drop" Poker Tournament
So remember when we ran a 20 dollar Barstool poker tournament? Well, this tournament is 50,000 times more expensive. They ran the first “Big One” in 2012, where Antonio Esfandiari won and collected $18,346,673:
And now they’re bringing it back this year, and Maryland’s own Greg Merson is playing. You might remember him from winning the WSOP Main Event while wearing an Adam Jones jersey in 2012:
And now he’s going after the One Drop title.
So that’s what 1 million dollars in cash and chips looks like, and really rooting for Greg to take it down.
PS: If you watched Survivor a few years ago, you might remember Jean-Robert Bellande. He’s playing too.
