Minor League Team Doing Full House Night Creates The Worst/Best Jersey Of All Time

(Source) Minor league baseball teams have long been mining ’80s and ’90s pop culture, basing their theme jerseys on some of the TV shows and movies that we hold dear. The Frisco RoughRiders, Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, have brought us a new one and it might make you say, “Have mercy!”

Yep, they’re doing a “Full House” night and the jerseys are, ummm, colorful. But if one minor-league team can do a “Saved By The Bell” night, might as well bring out “Full House” too.

I have been firmly in the “we probably are overdoing these novelty jerseys” camp for a while now but guess what, the heart wants what the heart wants and the heart wants this Jersey. It’s awful, it’s horrendous, the colors are terrible and it’s disgusting to look at and that is exactly why I have to have it. I feel like I’m looking at the Kramer. “He is a loathesome, offensive brute. Yet I can’t look away. He transcends time and space. He sickens me. I love it.”
